Miss Eleanor

The drawing was inspired by a picture of a really beautiful dress I saw on the internet (but I can't find the link any more )
I am absolutely in love with dresses/clothing and architecture of the Georgian era (early 18th century)

The first name that popped up was Ellanor/Elaenor, so there we have it: Miss Eleanor! She was probably walking towards the window to admire the view of the lit up town, when she was (pleasantly) surprised to see the person entering the the room.
The hardest choice with this drawing was deciding which hair colour I would give her, but I chose an light brown because I found it more suiting to the colour scheme and I do not draw brunettes very often..

I used a lot of references for almost everything! D: (curtain, wall, candle holder, dress and her hair. spiral curls are really hard...)
All the textures can be found on google images (wood, curtain, lace and dress pattern) but may not be exactly historically correct (but still pretty!)
